There are some people that when they are gone and you remember them you just smile. Their memory warms your heart and fills you with joy. Grandma was one of those kind of people. We will miss her, but know that she is with Grandpa and no longer in pain. We hope we can carry on her legacy.
The boys handled Grandma's death much better than they did Grandpa's. The great mourning came for them when they saw Grandma so sad about Grandpa. Kayla I think really understands that she has died. She is often telling others that "Grandma died" while pointing to her pictures. But she also talks about going to her house and playing with toys. She remembers the good.
